№ 002 — The CompanyA founder-led practice

A small local marketing company,
building deliberate systems
for local businesses.

Founded in 2019, Lavender Marketing & Co. was built on a single conviction: most local businesses aren't losing on craft — they're losing on the quiet system that runs underneath the work.

We're a small, focused team. We bring strategy, design, and software under one roof, and we partner with a limited number of businesses each season so the work stays close to the founder.

Letter from the founder

"I've watched the best operators in town lose to the business with the better system."

Lavender Marketing & Co. exists for the owners I respect most — the ones up early, doing real work, who deserve a digital presence that matches the quality of what they actually do.

My belief is simple: local growth isn't won by the loudest marketing, it's won by the business that's easiest to find, trust, and book. We build that. From the brand, to the site, to the software.

We built Scale Suite Pro so the partners we work with always have a tool worthy of the work — and because we wanted the software running our clients' growth to be ours, not someone else's.

Raised between Strathroy, Ontario and Monroe, Michigan — two small towns where your name still means something and the diner knows your order. That's where this company's values come from. Local business and the relationships behind it will always be the priority, because in towns like ours, the two are the same thing.

Operating principles

What we
believe.

— 01

Local trust beats louder marketing.

Reputation compounds. Volume rents.

— 02

Speed of follow-up wins more jobs.

The first reply usually wins. Engineer for it.

— 03

Reviews are the new word of mouth.

If you're not generating them, you're losing them.

— 04

The right system beats more tools.

Five logins is not a strategy.

— 05

Strategy and software work together.

Disconnected stacks leak revenue quietly.

— 06

Clarity beats complexity.

If it can't be explained simply, it won't be used.
